Liability & Compensation Policy
We strive to ensure that all shipments arrive on time and in excellent condition. However, in the rare event of any issues, we offer compensation based on the following terms:
Compensation Types

Claim Compensation Criteria
To qualify for compensation, customers must meet the following criteria:

Uncontrollable Factors
We reserve the right to reject claims due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to:
- Invalid delivery address or inaccessible delivery areas.
- Contact details errors or unavailability of consignee.
- Consignee refusal of shipment without valid reason.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.) affecting the shipment.
Extended Liability Coverage
For customers requesting higher liability coverage, we offer extended coverage:
Extended Coverage: Add on 10% premium of invoice value in order to cover 100% of your parcel value.
Weight Calculation for Shipment Charges
All parcels are charged based on the greater value between volumetric weight and gross parcel weight. The volumetric weight is calculated as follows:
